Wajan Besi Cor Berenamel - Hijau Shiso 11"

I was worried an 11-inch skillet would be too heavy to handle, but the weight is actually well-balanced and the handle stays cool on the stove. Even heat distribution made my onions caramelize perfectly without any scorching.

The Shiso Green color is stunning and the 11-inch size is perfect for searing a couple of steaks at once. The enamel surface cleans up way easier than a plain cast iron pan, which I appreciate.

I’ve been using this 11-inch skillet for a few weeks, and the heat distribution across the entire cooking surface is impressively even. The enameled coating makes cleanup a breeze, even after searing chicken with a bit of sticking.
