Wajan Besi Cor Berenamel - Putih Enoki 11"

The Enoki white finish looks so clean on the counter, and the even heat across the 11-inch surface made my first batch of cornbread come out perfectly golden.

I was worried cast iron would be too heavy, but this 11-inch skillet has a balanced weight that makes it easy to maneuver. The heat retention is amazing—my seared chicken came out perfectly golden without any hot spots.

The glossy white enamel surface wiped clean with almost no scrubbing after I seared chicken thighs. It heats evenly across the 11-inch surface, so my vegetables browned at the same rate without hot spots.
