Hedley & Bennett 的 Enoki White 萬用刀是一款專為日常廚房任務設計的多功能工具。其潔白的表面為您的刀具系列增添俐落、專業的外觀。
The white handle is what sold me — it looks so clean sitting on my counter next to my other tools. It's become my go-to for smaller jobs like slicing fruit and trimming veggies, and the blade has held up well after a couple months of near-daily use.
I've been reaching for this thing constantly since it arrived, and the blade has stayed sharp through a few weeks of onions and tomatoes. The white handle cleans up nicely too, no staining yet.
The white finish is honestly the standout feature for me—it looks sharp leaning against my magnetic strip and hasn't yellowed after a month of daily use. The blade stays steady on smaller prep work like trimming herbs or slicing a single tomato without squashing it.
