The cotton denim feels sturdy enough for real workshop abuse, and the split leg design actually gives me full freedom to move around the bench without bunching up. I've worn it daily for two weeks and it’s already broken in nicely, no stiffness left in the waist or shoulders.

The denim is thick and holds up well after a few washes, and the cross-back straps keep it from pulling on my neck during long workshop days. My only gripe is the leg openings run a bit wide, so I'd size down if you're between sizes.
