Got this as a gift for my dad who’s obsessed with the team, and he’s already using it every single night for dinner prep. The handle has a nice weight to it that makes chopping feel solid, and it’s honestly a fun conversation piece that actually gets used.
I've had this hanging on my knife magnet for two weeks and it's become my go-to for everything from dicing onions to slicing roast chicken. The blade glides through a ripe tomato without crushing it, which is more than I can say for my old knives.
The blade keeps its edge after a week of meal prep, and the Yankees logo on the handle is a nice touch for game-day cooking. It’s become my go-to for chopping onions and herbs without any slipping.
