Enameled Cast Iron Skillet Pan - Shiso Green 11"

I was worried an 11-inch skillet would be too heavy to handle, but the weight is actually well-balanced and the handle stays cool on the stove. Even heat distribution made my onions caramelize perfectly without any scorching.

The Shiso Green color is stunning and the 11-inch size is perfect for searing a couple of steaks at once. The enamel surface cleans up way easier than a plain cast iron pan, which I appreciate.
