I’ve been using the 3-piece set every day since it arrived, and the small saucepan is perfect for making single servings of soup without scorching. The white enamel finish wipes clean easily, which is a huge relief for someone who hates scrubbing pans.
The shallow sides on the skillet make flipping veggies so much easier than my old pan, and the white enamel surface cleaned up without a trace of tomato stain. I've already used the Dutch oven for two braises and a loaf of bread.
The handles are wide enough that I can grip them with an oven mitt comfortably, and the white enamel just brightens up my whole stovetop. Cleanup has been effortless so far, even after searing chicken and letting the fond stick.
Finally got around to making a whole Sunday dinner in one pot—the 5.5-quart Dutch oven fit a whole chicken with room for veggies. Cleanup was shockingly easy too; the enameled surface wiped clean after a quick soak.
The heat retention is incredible; I braised short ribs and they were fork-tender in half the usual time. The Enoki White enamel is a dream to wipe clean, though it's heavier than my old nonstick set. My only small wish would be for slightly taller side handles for easier gripping with oven mitts.
