I was surprised how evenly this set distributes heat — the dutch oven made the best braised short ribs I've ever attempted. The shiso green is a lovely, muted shade that looks great sitting out on the stove. Lids fit snugly, and cleanup has been effortless so far.
The color is even more beautiful in person, and the tight-fitting lids really seal in moisture for braising. Cleanup has been a breeze, with nothing sticking so far even after searing chicken.
I love how the smaller saucepan fits perfectly in my air fryer for roasting veggies. The color is even more vibrant in person.
Finally, a Dutch oven that actually feels substantial without being impossibly heavy to lift. The shiso green color is even prettier in person and the enamel inside cleans up like a dream after searing. Already used it for bread and a pot roast, both came out perfect.
I was a bit skeptical about the enamel coating holding up, but the larger dutch oven has kept a beautiful finish after three months of heavy use. The heat distribution across the whole set is remarkably even, and that shiso green color looks stunning on my stovetop. Only wish the lids sealed a touch tighter to trap more steam.
