Cutting through a whole brisket for game day felt effortless—this knife holds an edge way longer than my old one, and the weight is balanced just right for slicing. The Colts logo on the handle is a nice touch that doesn't get in the way when I'm chopping.
Took it out of the box and the blade felt substantial right away—the Colts branding on the handle is clean and doesn't look like it'll fade. Sliced through a whole bag of onions without the knife sticking or needing a second pass.
Heavy duty but still balanced enough for a full onion dice without wrist strain. The Colts logo is a nice touch that doesn't peel after a wash cycle, and the blade holds its edge through a week of meal prep.
