The white handle is a real statement piece in my kitchen, and the blade feels perfectly balanced for slicing through a big roast. It's a bummer it's a discontinued collectible because I'd love a backup for when this one eventually needs sharpening.
Wish they hadn't discontinued this, because the weight and balance feel perfect for prepping game-day snacks. The white handle is a nice change from the usual black, and it's held up great through a few months of regular chopping.
