The blade came razor sharp out of the box and sliced through a whole pack of tomatoes without crushing a single one. It's got a nice weight to it, and the handle feels solid even with wet hands.
Finally a knife that actually makes me look forward to prepping game day snacks. The blade is so sharp and balanced that dicing onions feels effortless, and the team logo on the handle is a nice touch that doesn’t get in the way. It’s become my go-to for everything from brisket to veggies.
I’ve never had a knife that makes meal prep feel this fun—the Cowboys logo on the handle is a nice touch that gets me actually excited to chop veggies. It’s sturdy enough for serious slicing, and the grip is comfortable even after a long cook.
