Coltello da Chef Miami Dolphins - Bianco

Finally found one of these discontinued beauties and it did not disappoint. The knife feels incredibly well-balanced in hand, and the crisp white handle with the dolphin logo is a sharp look against my cutting board. Even though it’s a collector’s piece, I’ve been using it daily for veg prep and it

The white handle is a real statement piece in my kitchen, and the blade feels perfectly balanced for slicing through a big roast. It's a bummer it's a discontinued collectible because I'd love a backup for when this one eventually needs sharpening.

Wish they hadn't discontinued this, because the weight and balance feel perfect for prepping game-day snacks. The white handle is a nice change from the usual black, and it's held up great through a few months of regular chopping.
