Coltello da Chef Cleveland Browns - Bianco

The blade keeps its edge through a whole week of meal prep, which is more than I can say for my old knives. The white finish is a bold choice for the kitchen, but it wipes clean easily and adds a fun touch of game-day spirit while I cook.

I was skeptical about a white kitchen knife staying clean, but it wipes right off after prepping tomatoes and onions. The handle feels balanced and grippy, even with wet hands.

This blade holds an edge noticeably longer than my old knives, and the balance in hand feels right for heavy prep work. The white handle is easy to wipe down clean after mincing garlic or slicing tomatoes, no staining so far.
