Yleisveitsi - Capri Blue

The Capri Blue handle is what sold me — it actually looks great sitting in my knife block instead of the usual boring black. Been using it daily for veggies and sandwiches, and the blade still slices clean through tomatoes without squishing them.

Didn't expect a kitchen tool to make me smile, but that Capri Blue finish really does. It's light in the hand and slices through tomatoes and onions without any drag.

That vibrant blue handle makes it way too easy to spot in my drawer full of black knives, and it handles everything from slicing tomatoes to trimming chicken with zero fuss. The color hasn't chipped or faded after a month of daily use, which honestly surprised me for how bright it is.
