Kokin veitsisarja - Shiso Green

The shiso green handles are such a nice change from my old black set, and the smaller paring knife has basically lived in my hand all week for citrus and herbs. Everything feels balanced and slices cleanly through onions without me fighting it.

The Shiso Green color is even prettier in person and makes me actually want to reach for these knives every time I cook. The chef's knife handles onion and tomato prep with zero fuss, and the set covers everything I need for a typical weeknight dinner.

That shiso green color is even prettier in person and honestly makes me look forward to pulling out a knife each night. The set covers everything I need for daily veggie prep, and the blades have held their edge nicely through a week of heavy use.
