Kokkiveitsi - Shiso Green

The blade came out of the box sharp enough to glide through tomatoes without squishing them, which I didn't expect at this price. The Shiso Green handle feels balanced in my hand during longer chopping sessions, and it cleans up easily by hand.

That green handle is such a fun pop of color on my counter, and it’s actually comfortable to grip for a long prep session. The blade feels incredibly balanced in my hand, making every chop feel effortless and precise.

The blade keeps its edge through a full week of meal prep, which is more than I can say for my last knife. That green handle is a nice pop of color on my counter, and it feels balanced in hand for chopping veggies.
