Kokkiveitsisarja - Caviar Black

The blade on the chef's knife glides through onions way easier than my old set. Caviar black finish still looks sharp after a few weeks of daily cooking. Genuinely don't reach for anything else now.

These knives arrived sharper than I expected right out of the box, and the Caviar Black finish resists smudges beautifully. Slicing through a whole chicken felt effortless, and the balance makes them easy to handle for longer prep sessions.

The grip on these knives feels solid even when my hands are wet from washing produce, and the black finish hasn’t chipped after two weeks of daily chopping. I’m honestly surprised how well they hold an edge for a home set, which makes prepping dinner feel less like a chore.
