Kokkiveitsi - Capri Blue

The Capri Blue finish is even more striking in person, and it’s held up beautifully after a month of daily chopping without a single chip or fade. The blade glides through tomatoes and onions with barely any pressure, which makes prep work feel almost effortless.

This knife's balance is spot-on, making chopping feel almost effortless even during a long veggie prep session. The Capri Blue coating has held up beautifully through daily use and still looks brand new after a month.

The Capri Blue finish looks even better in person and doesn’t show fingerprints the way my old silver blade did. It’s light enough for quick veggie chopping but feels solid through thicker cuts on squash.
