The lavender grid pattern is so pretty that I almost don't want to hide them in the drawer, but they’re sturdy enough that I grab them every time I pull a hot sheet pan out of the oven. They’ve held up great through a month of daily baking and still look brand new.
These are thick enough that I actually feel safe grabbing a hot cast iron handle, and the grid pattern gives just enough grip. They've survived a few sauce splatters already and still look brand new after a rinse.
