Zester - Shiso Xanh

The Shiso Green color is so cheerful it makes me want to cook more, and the fine shreds it produces on ginger are perfect for my stir-fries. Easy to grip and rinse clean, this has replaced my old grater entirely.

Finally a zester that actually handles ginger without turning it into mush, and the fine shreds it makes on parmesan are perfect for pasta nights. The Shiso Green color looks even better in person and the grip feels solid in my hand.

The color alone makes me smile every time I grab it, but the fine shreds it cuts for ginger are what won me over. I've been using it nearly daily for a week and it still feels solid and sharp in my hand.
