Dao Chef Cá Nhân Hóa - Đen Caviar

The blade keeps a razor edge through a whole week of meal prep without needing a touch-up, and the handle feels perfectly weighted for controlled slicing. My initials on the blade make it feel like a tool that's actually mine, which is a nice touch I didn't expect to care about.

The personalized engraving on the handle makes it feel like a real kitchen tool built just for me, and the blade’s balance is spot-on for steady chopping. I’ve used it every day this week for dicing onions and slicing tomatoes without any drag.

The Caviar Black finish looks even better in person and hasn't chipped after three weeks of heavy meal prep. It's become the first knife I grab for everything from mincing garlic to slicing through butternut squash, and the handle gives me a solid grip even when my hands are slick.
