MLB™ St. Louis Cardinals™ Chef Knife

The handle has a nice weight to it, and the blade keeps its edge through a whole weekend of meal prep without needing a quick sharpen. It's become my go-to for chopping and dicing, and the Cardinals logo just makes me smile every time I grab it.

Slicing through a pile of onions for Sunday sauce was effortless, and the blade cuts clean enough that even my rookie dicing looks decent. The weight is balanced just right, so my wrist doesn’t tire out mid-prep. It’s become my go-to for everything from herbs to chicken thighs.

The grip feels solid even when my hands are a little wet from rinsing veggies, and it handles a full onion dice without any wobble. Makes me actually look forward to meal prep on game days.
