Penelope J. ★★★★★

I've been reaching for this thing every time I cut up an apple or shallot — the compact blade handles small jobs way better than my big chef's knife. The green handle is a nice bonus too, easy to spot in a crowded drawer.

The compact blade on this thing is perfect for quartering limes and shallots without hauling out the chef's knife. Shiso green is a fun pop of color in my knife block too. Been using it daily for a couple weeks and the edge is holding up nicely.

Natalie K. ★★★★★

I’ve been reaching for this knife every morning just to slice up fruit for breakfast, and the shiso green color actually makes it easy to spot in my crowded drawer. The compact blade feels perfectly balanced for quick, precise cuts on small veggies without any wobble.
