Shiso Groene Ovenwanten

My old mitts were so stiff I could barely grip a casserole dish, but these have a reliable grip that makes pulling hot bakeware out feel totally secure. The shiso green color is pretty enough that I leave them hanging on the hook instead of stashing them in a drawer.

Finally, a pair of mitts I don't have to wrestle with—the shiso green color is so pretty I almost don't want to get them dirty. They handle hot cast iron and sheet pans easily, and the grip on the palm feels secure even with wet hands.

The grip on these mitts is what sold me—I can pull a heavy cast iron skillet out of the oven without any slipping, and the shiso green color actually looks great hanging in my kitchen.
