Prep Messerset - Enoki Wit

The white handles feel surprisingly sturdy in my grip, and having two blades means I can keep one for veggies and one for fruit without washing between tasks. They've handled everything from onions to herbs without complaint, and cleanup is quick. These are earning their spot on my counter.

These two are my go-to for most prep now. The handles feel really solid and balanced, and having both blade sizes ready saves me from swapping knives mid-task. They've held up great through onions, herbs, and everything else this week.

The white finish on these two knives is gorgeous and they feel well-balanced in hand for daily chopping and slicing. I've been reaching for them constantly since they arrived, and they handle everything from veggies to herbs without any fuss.
