Broodmes - Capri Blue

The capri blue handle is way prettier in person than I expected, and it's become the only knife I reach for on sourdough Sundays. The serrated edge glides through a crusty loaf without squishing the crumb.

I was worried the serrated edge would tear up soft loaves, but it cuts clean slices without squishing them at all. The capri blue handle is a nice pop of color in my knife block too.

This knife glides through a crusty sourdough without crushing the crumb, and the clean slices make it feel like a pro tool. The blue finish looks even better in person than on screen, and it's held up fine after a few weeks of daily use.
