The white finish looks sharp on my counter and it’s held up well through heavy meal prep this week. The blade feels well-balanced for everyday dicing and chopping, and it hasn’t dulled noticeably yet.

Sliced through a big batch of tomatoes and onions for Sunday sauce and the blade glided like butter. The white handle gives it a clean, sporty look that stands out on my knife block, and it's held its edge nicely after a week of daily use.

Took this out of the box and the white handle really stands out on my counter, plus the blade holds an edge well after a week of chopping veggies. It's got a nice heft to it that makes slicing through tomatoes feel effortless.
