The handle has a nice weight to it, and that Harissa Red makes me smile every time I grab it from the drawer. It flips delicate fillets without any breakage, which is exactly what I needed.
That Harissa Red is even more striking in person, and the slim edge really does get under a fillet without tearing the skin. It's become my go-to for flipping anything delicate in the pan.
The slim edge slides right under delicate fillets without tearing them, and the angled head makes flipping a breeze. The Harissa Red finish is bold enough that I actually reach for it over my other spatulas now, even for eggs and burgers.
