I was nervous about cast iron maintenance, but this set's smooth enamel interior makes cleanup effortless. The dutch oven seared a roast beautifully and the skillet heats so evenly. Only wish the set included a lid for the smaller pot.
The white enamel finish is gorgeous and surprisingly easy to clean—even stubborn tomato sauce didn't stain it. Each piece feels solid and heavy, but the weight is manageable for everyday cooking.
The Enoki White finish is so much prettier in person than in photos, and it wipes clean shockingly easily even after searing chicken. I've used the smaller pot for side dishes almost every night this week.
