Hedley & Bennett Zester in Enoki Whiteは、正確なゼスト取り、すりおろし、飾り付けに適した実用的なキッチンツールです。清潔感のあるホワイト仕上げが、調理スペースに洗練された印象を添えます。
This little zester handles limes and lemons without me wrestling the fruit, and the white finish makes it easy to spot in my crowded utensil drawer. It’s become my go-to for finishing dishes with a quick grating.
The blade slides through citrus effortlessly and the white handle stays clean even after grating chocolate, which surprised me. It’s become my go-to for finishing dishes with a quick lemon twist.
I use this zester nearly every day for citrus and hard cheese, and the white finish still looks spotless after a month of sink-side life. The blade is sharp enough that I don’t have to press hard, which saves my wrist when I’m doing a whole lemon for a recipe.
