The herringbone weave on this apron is what sold me — it looks way more polished than my old plain canvas one, and I've already gotten compliments from guests. The crossover straps sit comfortably without digging into my neck during long prep sessions.
The cotton slub fabric has a nice weight to it without feeling stiff, and it's held up through several washes already. The straps are long enough that I can tie them in front instead of fighting with them in the back.
