The Enoki White color is gorgeous—looks almost like ceramic on my stovetop. This 6.5-quart size is perfect for batch cooking, and the heat stays so even that my chili didn't scorch once.
I've been using this dutch oven for soups and stews, and the heat distribution is incredible—no more scorched spots on the bottom. The 6.5-quart size fits a whole chicken perfectly, and the lid seals tight to lock in moisture. Cleanup is surprisingly easy too, just a gentle scrub with soap and water
I was skeptical about enameled cast iron being heavy, but this 6.5qt pot is actually manageable to lift even when full. The enoki white finish looks beautiful on my stove and the lid fits snugly, keeping steam in perfectly.
