Raschiatoio da Banco - Enoki White

The white finish cleans up in seconds and doesn’t show every single crumb like my old metal one did. It’s become my go-to for scraping dough and sweeping chopped veggies into the pan without any fuss.

This thing has saved me so much time when transferring chopped veggies from the board to the pan, and the stiff edge makes scraping dough a breeze too. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy in my hand, and the white surface wipes clean in seconds without staining.

The white finish is so clean it actually looks good sitting on my counter between uses, which is more than I can say for my old metal scraper. It handles everything from kneading dough to scraping down my cutting board without a fuss, and cleanup takes seconds.
