Gunting - Hijau Shiso

Cutting through chicken cartilage feels almost effortless with these, and the shiso green color is such a nice pop of personality in my utensil jar. They’ve held their edge through a month of steady dinners, which is more than I can say for my old pair.

The moment I unboxed these, the Shiso Green color just popped—so much nicer in person than on screen. They feel solid and balanced in hand, and cutting through a stack of herbs for tacos was effortless. Exactly what I wanted for my kitchen.

Cutting through chicken bones and herb stems alike, these shears handle the work without any wobble—the grip feels solid and secure even with wet hands. The shiso green is a nice change from the usual black or steel cluttering my drawer, and they rinse clean in seconds.
