Cassie Yeung x H&B Campuran Rempah Wet Wet

I was skeptical about a wet spice blend as a "kitchen tool," but it's genuinely changed how I approach weeknight dinners. The bold flavor it packs means I'm using way less salt and other seasonings to get a result that tastes like it simmered for hours.

The wet paste clings to chicken thighs like a marinade, so every bite actually tastes seasoned rather than just coated. I’ve used it in three dinners this week and it’s already earned a permanent spot on my counter.

The wet texture blends into sauces way smoother than any dry rub I've tried, and it clings to chicken before grilling without falling off. My whole kitchen smelled incredible while it cooked.
