Raclette de pâtissier - Vert Shiso

I've used it every day since it arrived and it's become my go-to for scraping dough off the counter and gathering chopped veggies. The blade is rigid enough to apply real pressure without flexing, yet it glides smoothly across my cutting board.

The color is so pretty I almost don't want to get it dirty, but it scrapes chopped veggies off the board way faster than my old knife trick. Sturdy enough to press down on while scooping up everything.

I’ve been using it daily for dough work and cleaning my board, and the rigid blade holds up way better than the flimsy plastic ones I used before. It scrapes every last bit of flour off without bending, and the green is pretty enough to keep on the counter.
