Lasta - Enoki White

The handle has a nice weight to it that makes flipping feel precise, and the white finish cleans up in seconds without staining. It's become my go-to for lifting anything from eggs to roasted veggies out of the pan.

Been using this turner daily for breakfast and dinner service, and the white finish has stayed completely stain-free through tomato sauce and butter. It flips delicate fish fillets without tearing them, which my old metal spatula could never do.

The handle sits perfectly in my palm, and this turner flips eggs and pancakes without any bending or give. It’s become the first thing I grab every single morning.
