Lusikkalasta - Harissa Red

The stiff edge scrapes every last bit out of the pan while the curved bowl stirs sauces without splashing—two jobs, one quick rinse. The red color’s a nice pop hanging on the hook, too.

I was skeptical a spoon-spatula hybrid would actually work, but this one handles stirring and scraping in the same pot without me switching tools, and the red color makes it easy to spot in my drawer. The wide, slightly flexible head gets every last bit of sauce out.

The curve on this thing is perfect for getting every last bit of sauce out of the pan, and the red color makes me smile every time I grab it. It stirs and scrapes without scratching my nonstick cookware, which is exactly what I hoped for.
