The first time I seared a steak in this skillet, the crust came out perfect and the handle stayed cool enough to grab without a mitt. Cleanup is a breeze too—just a quick wipe and it's good as new.
I’ve been using this skillet every morning for omelets, and the white enamel exterior hasn’t stained at all—just wipes clean. The lid fits so snugly that it practically locks in steam for braising. Definitely a solid upgrade from my old nonstick pan.
The heat distribution is incredibly even—my scrambled eggs came out perfect with no hot spots. The white enamel cleans up so easily, I just wipe it and it's back to looking brand new.
I was worried a white skillet would show every stain, but this one has been surprisingly easy to clean after searing chicken. The weight is perfect for getting that deep, even heat without needing a workout to lift it.
I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly the 11-inch pan heats across the surface, even on my electric coil stove. The white enamel exterior does show some minor staining after a few uses, but it wipes clean easily enough.
