Allzweckmesser - Miso Orange

I reach for this thing way more than I expected, mostly for slicing apples and trimming chicken thighs. The blade is sharp out of the box and the handle stays comfortable even during longer prep sessions. That orange is brighter in person than the photos suggest, which I happen to love.
