I was worried the corduroy might feel stiff, but it's actually soft and moves nicely while I'm cooking. The deep purple shade is rich and hasn't faded after a few washes.

The deep mulberry color is exactly as pictured, and the corduroy fabric has a nice sturdy weight that doesn't wrinkle easily. I've been using it for cooking and it catches spills without soaking through, plus the adjustable neck strap is a thoughtful touch.
