Chef-Messer - Enoki White

The white handle actually looks as clean in person as it does in the photos, and it wipes down easily after prepping onions and garlic. The blade glides through tomatoes without squishing them, which my last knife never managed.

The blade came sharper than my old knife ever was, and it glides through onions without me having to saw back and forth. I've used it daily for a couple weeks now and it still holds that edge.

That clean white handle is a nice break from all my black-handled knives, and it makes the kitchen feel a bit brighter when it’s sitting on the counter. It’s comfortable to grip even during a long prep session, and the blade glides through tomatoes without crushing them.
