The double-layer bib catches every stray crumb and splash, so I can move from kneading to chopping without worrying about my shirt. It’s held up through a dozen bakes and still looks crisp, which is more than I can say for my last apron.

The canvas is thick enough that flour doesn’t bleed through, and the cross-back straps keep it from sliding off my shoulders during a long kneading session. I’ve worn it every day this week and it still looks clean after a quick wipe.

The front pocket is just the right size for my bench scraper and a thermometer, and the fabric feels sturdy enough to handle daily flour dust without looking worn. I've been using it for a week of sourdough bakes and it's already become my go-to.
