The twill has just enough stiffness to keep the apron from bunching while I'm plating, but it softened up after the first wash. Tied it on for a nine-hour dinner shift and the neck strap never dug in.

The fabric feels sturdy without being stiff, and the twill texture has held up through a week of heavy meal prep without a single wrinkle problem. It's quickly become the first thing I grab before starting any messy cooking project.

This is my third apron in this style and the polyester cotton twill is the first one that hasn't felt stiff after a couple of washes. The fabric drapes nicely and the weight is substantial enough for prepping but not heavy on my shoulders.
