Rybí stěrka - Shiso zelená

That shiso green is even prettier in person and it’s become my go-to for lifting salmon fillets without them falling apart. The wide, slanted head gets under the fish cleanly and the handle feels nicely balanced in my hand.

The angled edge slides under delicate fillets without tearing them, which is exactly what I needed for flipping salmon. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and that shiso color makes it look great hanging on my utensil rack.
