Rybí stěrka - enoki bílá

The white finish looks surprisingly sharp against my dark pans, and the slim head slides under fillets without tearing them. It’s become my go-to for anything delicate, from eggs to salmon.

I’ve used it for flipping delicate fish fillets and it gets under them cleanly every time, so nothing falls apart mid-flip. The white finish has stayed spotless through a few washes, which surprised me. Feels like a tool that’ll be in my drawer for years.

I’ve used this spatula every day for two weeks, and the slim, angled head really does flip delicate fish fillets without them falling apart. The white finish has stayed spotless even after searing, which is more than I can say for my old metal one.
