nůž na chléb - Šiso zelená

The blade glides through a crusty sourdough loaf without squashing the middle, which my old knife always did. The shiso green handle is a nice pop of color in an otherwise boring knife block, and it feels solid in the hand.

I was worried the color would look cheap online but the shiso green is actually really pretty in person. It cuts through a crusty loaf without squishing the middle, and the handle feels solid in my hand.

The serrated edge glides through a sourdough crust without shredding the crumb, and the shiso green handle is a nice pop of color on my counter. It’s light enough to feel precise on pastries too, which I wasn’t expecting from a knife this size.
