MLB™ Houston Astros™ Chef Knife

Cutting through a whole brisket this weekend and the handle stayed locked in my grip even when my hands got slick with juices. It's got that professional weight to it that makes mincing feel effortless, and the orange blade is a fun nod to the team without being tacky.

The blade feels balanced and hefty in my hand, so slicing through a big batch of brisket for game day was effortless. It's a solid workhorse that doubles as a fun conversation piece.

The team logo is printed on the handle and it hasn’t peeled or faded even after a month of nightly meal prep, which surprised me for a decorative knife. It’s sharp straight out of the box and feels balanced enough to chop through a whole chicken without tiring my wrist.
