دفتر الطاهي - شيسو

I love that the pages are clearly sectioned for recipes and ideas, so nothing gets jumbled. The cover texture has a nice tactile feel, and it lies flat on the counter without me holding it open.

The layout makes it so easy to track ingredient tweaks and timing adjustments as I cook. I've already filled several pages with recipe notes and love how clearly organized everything stays.

I've been filling mine with fermentation notes and plating sketches, and the paper holds up beautifully to ink without bleeding through. The Shiso cover is subtle but eye-catching, and it's already become my go-to for testing new recipes.
